This page explains what happens to information you submit through this website. It's deliberately short because this site deliberately collects very little.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and message. We don't use cookies, trackers, or third-party analytics — nothing on this site profiles or follows you across the web.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Who processes it

Two subprocessors are involved in handling a contact form submission, both under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and its contact-form endpoint.
• Resend — delivers the email notification generated by your submission to our inbox.

Retention and deletion

To request that we delete information you've previously submitted, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@ermantechsolutions.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
